How does the Island begin to move the needle on a more equitable distribution?

First of all, as Brian mentioned, because of high construction costs on the Island, it looks like the state help would be more like 20% of agreed-upon costs.

Also, why does Superintendent D’Andrea continue to ignore the elephant in the room- the inequitable funding formula. Listening now to Matt, “lowering’ our cost with the help of the MSBA, continues to ignore how OB and Tilbury are being screwed by Edgartown.
